Promotion Terms: The Hearing Protection Challenge

“Real-Life Experiences. Future Possibilities.”

 

1. The Challenge

DYNAMIC ear filter is organizing the “Real-Life Experiences. Future Possibilities.” challenge to invite consumers to share their experiences, perspectives and ideas about earplugs and hearing protection.

The Challenge runs from 14 October 2026 until 27 October 2026.

2 winners will be selected for the most interesting ideas.

 
2. How to Enter

Participants need to answer the following question:

What’s one problem you wish future earplugs could solve for you?

  • To enter the Challenge, participants must submit their answer as a comment under the official Challenge post on Instagram or Facebook during the Challenge period.
  • Each distinct answer will be considered individually when the entries are reviewed. Repetitive, spam, offensive, unlawful or otherwise inappropriate submissions may be excluded.
  • Direct messages (DMs) are welcome as additional feedback, but DM submissions are not eligible entries and will not be considered when selecting the winners.
 
3. Eligibility
  • The Challenge is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
  • The Challenge is open to residents of the European Union (EU), the United Kingdom (UK), and the United States (USA).
  • Participants must have a valid delivery address within the EU, UK or USA.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter.
 
4. Prizes
  • Each winner will receive:
    • 1 × DYNAMIC ear filter Full Pack
    • 1 × DYNAMIC ear filter Kids Earmuffs
    • 1 × DYNAMIC branded T-shirt
    • 1 × DYNAMIC branded Cap
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another product.
  • The T-shirt and Cap are subject to available sizes, colour and stock.
  • Prizes can only be shipped to valid delivery addresses within the EU, UK or USA.
 
5. Selection of Winner
  • The winners will be selected by the DYNAMIC team after the Challenge closes.
  • The team will review the eligible answers and select the answers they consider the most interesting, original and relevant to the Challenge.
  • The team may consider, among other things:
    • how interesting and specific the problem or need is;
    • whether it represents a need that current earplugs do not already solve well; and
    • whether the answer could inspire an interesting future product idea or direction for DYNAMIC.
  • There is no numerical scoring system. The team will select its favourite eligible answer.
  • If the DYNAMIC team determines that no submitted answer meets the standard required to select a winner, DYNAMIC ear filter team reserves the right to select a winner by random draw from the eligible participants.
 
6. Winner Notification
  • The winners will be contacted via the Instagram or Facebook account used to submit the winning entry.
  • Winners must respond within 7 days of being contacted. If a winner does not respond within this period, DYNAMIC ear filter may select an alternative winner.
  • The winners may be announced on DYNAMIC’s social media channels after they have been successfully contacted.
 
7. Personal Data

Personal data collected in connection with the Challenge will be used for purposes related to administering the Challenge, contacting winners and delivering prizes, and will be processed in accordance with DYNAMIC ear filter Privacy Policy.

 
8. Changes or Cancellation

DYNAMIC ear filter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Challenge where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

 
9. Instagram and Facebook Disclaimer
  • This Challenge is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
  • By participating, participants release Instagram and Facebook from any liability related to the Challenge.
 
10. Acceptance of the Terms

By submitting an eligible entry, participants confirm that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
